of the Family Health Centers clinic locations in Okanogan, Tonasket
and Brewster. Completed employment applications may be
returned to any Family Health Centers clinic in person or mailed to
the address below. |

| Physician, FP/OB
and Call: 1 Full time
position. Brewster clinic, Brewster, WA. Licensed
independent practitioner. The Physician's primary job
function is to be responsible for provisions of comprehensive
primary care services including Obstetrical and inpatient care
for hospitalized patients of Family Health Centers. Works
independently and interdependently with other clinic Providers. Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited medical school with a degree
of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. Must be
Board Eligible/Certified. Must possess current, valid
unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of
Washington. Must have current, valid unrestricted DEA
registration. Must be able to be continuously insurable by
Family Health Centers professional malpractice carriers at
reasonable rates. Must be able to obtain and maintain
active, unrestricted privileges at the hospitals used by Family
Health Centers patients. Must be able to participate in
and maintain eligibility to receive reimbursements for services
from both public and private health care insurers as required by
Family Health Centers. English/Spanish
bilingual preferred.

Pharmacist:
Full time position. Brewster clinic, Brewster, WA. The clinical
Pharmacist's primary job function is to be responsible for the operation
of the clinic pharmacy department in accordance with the goals and
objectives of the clinic and within the framework of the professional
standards of care and legal requirements. Qualifications:
Must be a Washington State licensed Pharmacist and must be willing to be
licensed as a Washington State Pharmacist preceptor. Bachelor of
Science in Pharmacy or a Pharm D. from an accredited school or college
of pharmacy. Computer literate. Experience:
Experience in a clinic pharmacy setting and/or ability and interest to
learn. Works well with the pharmacy systems; clinically competent;
knowledge and experience of ordering, inventory and cost management
activities. Experience in personnel management and/or ability and
interest to learn.

Dental Hygienist:
1 part time position, 10 hours per week, in Okanogan.
Responsible for managing dental hygiene and treatment of
periodontal disease of patients under direction of staff
dentists. Qualifications: Graduate from accredited
Dental Hygiene school; Licensure to practice in Washington
State; 2 years practice in Dental Hygiene preferred; Bilingual
Spanish/English preferred.
