How to Apply In Person

Employment Applications may be obtained at any one of the Family Health Centers clinic locations in Okanogan, Tonasket and Brewster. Completed employment applications may be returned to any Family Health Centers clinic in person or mailed to the address below.

Once the application is filled out you must do one of the following things.
1. Mail it to us using standard mail
2. Fax it to us at 509-422-7680, Attn: Human Resources
3. Scan the pages into electronic files and then send those files to us via email to HR@myfamilyhealth.org

New! Dental Assistant:  Looking to fill 2 PER DIEM (on call) positions. Positions will require travel to Brewster, Okanogan and Oroville. Assists the Dentist in the dental care of clinic patients according to Dentist's instructions; conducts him/herself in a professional manner and strictly follows all sterilization and confidentiality policies; works cooperatively and supportively with all other staff.  Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED.  Must register as Dental Assistant with WA State upon hire.  Completion of on the job training as a chair side DA or previous experience as a chair side DA.  Spanish/English bilingual preferred.  Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to multi-task, work accurately and efficiently in a busy dental office; computer literate; employee must be able to work hours as scheduled and have reliable transportation.  Click here for job description...

 

Patient Accounts Representative:  1 full time position / 40 hours per week.  Brewster clinic, Brewster, WA. We’re seeking an energetic team player with a desire to make a difference. FHC is a not for profit Community Health Center dedicated to providing quality health care regardless of ability to pay. Position is responsible for: Posting daily account payments and charges; communicating with patients; coding hospital and clinic charges with ICD-9 and CPT codes; reviewing aged accounts and determining collection assignments. Requirements: High School diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and one year of experience in an accounting/financial environment. Courses in medical terminology, accounting, and medical coding highly desired. Previous experience using medical terminology, ICD-9 and CPT coding highly desired. Promotora:  1 Per Diem position.  Your primary location would be Brewster.  Provide direct contact to Outreach participants, linking them to health care & social services, educating them about disease and injury prevention, & working to make available services more responsive to community member's needs. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; Prior experience working with children and families; health care experience preferred. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. WIC Peer Counselor:  We are looking for one part time/10 hours per week WIC Peer Counselors.  This position is funded by State grants.  Position will be based in Brewster with some travel to Okanogan.  Provide support, breastfeeding information and encouragement to WIC pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.  Attend Peer Counselor and other State trainings.  Qualifications:  High School diploma or GED.  Minimum of 6 months breastfeeding experience required.  Spanish/English bilingual required.
